The schedule for the 2011 conference generally followed the outline below. The schedule for 2012 is not finished yet.

The conference typically includes:

• Prayers, Martins, Vespers
• Hierarchical Divine Liturgy
• Presentations and small group discussions
• Service projects
• Hands-on workshops
• Outdoor and indoor sports: soccer, basketball, Frisbee...
• Lively evening activities, including folk dancing, discussions, music
• Picnics and BBQ
• Time for fellowship!
