Registration for MLIC 2011 is now closed. The following information is for reference only.
 

Registration form (PDF) (For reference only):

Along with your registration, please mail a check of your payment. Make checks payable to Joy of All Who Sorrow Church with MLIC Conference in the memo line. The cost is as follows:
 
 

MLIC 2011 Full Conference Fee:
The cost covers all activities, accommodation and meals for 6 days and 5 nights.
$350
Please include a check for the full amount with your registration.
MLIC 2011 Day Rate:
Includes meals and activities. It does not include lodging, transportation, t-shirt, and the Dinner-Dance. 
$40/day
If you are interested in a day rate with lodging, please contact us to arrange the specifics.
We have also put together some very useful fundraising tips to help you cover the cost of the conference.
